Situation

Inside the agency remit, the brief was to validate POD as a channel. The real work was every link in the chain at once.

What I built

Research, design, listings, branding, customer ops.

• Product research using Etsy trend data and Pinterest search insight
• Canva design system for fast on brand listing creation
• Shop branding, banner, policies, product photography mock ups
• Listing copy written for Etsy search, not for me
• Customer management workflow, then handed off via SOP

Outcome

First sales hit. More importantly, the whole process was documented well enough that the team took it over without losing momentum.
