I'm a content strategist and operations lead with 6+ years building content functions across SEO, email, community growth and digital publishing.

My strongest work tends to be behind the scenes. The SOPs, the AI workflows, the editorial systems, the boring repeatable processes that make a content team faster, more consistent and actually scalable.

Most recently I led content and platform strategy across Pinterest and Etsy for a US marketing agency. Managed an international team across rotating projects and niches. Built GPT driven workflows from scratch. Reported quarterly to the CEOs.

Before all of that I taught for nearly a decade. IT, product design, maths and graphic design at secondary level. Taking technically complex ideas and turning them into something clear and easy to follow.

That's still the core of what I do.
