Situation

I wanted one owned audience asset that could drive growth without depending on platform algorithms. So I built a PDF worth opting in for.

Lead magnet design, funnel logic, list growth.

  • Designed and wrote the lead magnet PDF
  • Built the opt in flow and confirmation sequence
  • Mapped the welcome sequence to three monetisation paths. Digital products, consultations, itinerary reviews.
  • Iterated subject lines and CTAs against open and click data
