Situation

I was the bottleneck. Research, triage, drafting, planning, all sat with me. I needed an operating layer that could take the repeatable thinking off my plate so I could focus on strategy.

What I built

Designed and built an AI Chief of Staff to streamline and manage my workflows.

• Designed and built a custom AI Chief of Staff to triage tasks, draft work and manage research
• Folded automated competitor research into the workflow. Topics land in a live spreadsheet, sorted and ready to action
• Wrote prompts and SOPs the team can run without me in the room
• Wired outputs into the tools we already use so nothing lives in a silo
• Documented the whole system so it scales with the team, not just with me
